Hired bus service to and from Savannah Hotel to Parris Island

Hired bus service to and from Savannah Hotel to Mighty 8th Air Force Museum for Banquet

Hired bus service to and from Savannah Hotel to the Memorial Stadium 8th & I drill team performance

Rental of Air Force Museum for Banquet Hall

Banquet meal + linen + by Hired caterer

Hired Police officer while alcohol on site

A few MLA members do a lot of work for no pay to make this happen. Some members have asked "How can they help?" The best way is to send your registration in ASAP so we can secure the busses. We have an early date for bus deposits. Also, anyone wanting to donate time and/or money... it will be accepted!
